Bee (Bot & Site) do not save any of your personal or private information. i.e Email Addresses, Authentication Tokens. We only store public or readily availible information, such as but not limited to, User
IDs, Guild (Server) IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs, Message IDs. If you have any questions about content we save, please do not hesitate to

Data Storing
All data listed above is stored in our secure database(s) and caching system. We use MongoDB as our database
provider. Our caching system is provided by us. All data is only stored "as long as needed", meaning data entries that pertain to scheduled events, such as mutes, will only stay stored until the mute has expired. Read "Data Removal Request"
on how you can have your data removed from our services.
Data Removal Request
We don't need or want to store anyone's data if we don't need to. If you would like to have your data removed from our services please either
shoot us an email or
join our Discord and we'll get the data removal process started as soon as possible.
Cached Content
Cached Content includes things like messages and public user objects. We use cached messages within our logging plugin. Cached messages are logged (if the server has logging set up) when they are edited or
deleted, to a specified channel inside of said Discord server. For the privacy and security of each server, there is not an "identifying factor", in which whether servers have Bee's logging plugin enabled and set up.
Can I opt-out of Cached Content?
The short answer is, not directly. Due to the nature of ("Cached Content"), the only way technically for you to opt-out of ("Cached Content") would be for you to leave the guild. We do not offer a way to opt-out of this type of thing as it
will degrade the functionality and success of Bee's logging plugin.
